RV Park and Resort Management Policies
Important Notice: Fly Casters RV Park and Resort
Management must approve any RV or trailer over 10 years old. Under no
circumstances is management responsible for loss or damage to personal
property, including losses due to accident, fire, theft, or acts of God.
Reservations and Payments
- Rates and Occupancy: Daily rates include occupancy
for 4 people, 2 pets, 1 RV, and 1 vehicle per space.
- Each extra guest: $10 per day.
- Each extra pet: $10 per day.
- Extra vehicles: $100 per month
(requires management approval).
- Reservation Holds: Reservations are held until
8:00 PM on the day of arrival unless paid in advance.
- Check-in/Check-out Times:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The space
must be occupied by 8:00 PM. No check-ins are permitted after 8:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Holiday, Riverfront, and Cabin
Bookings: Full
payment is required when booking for all holiday reservations, riverfront
sites, and cabins. A 3-night minimum stay is required, and these bookings
are non-refundable.
- Other Site Reservations: A 1-day deposit is required
for reservations on all other sites not located on the river. No refunds
will be issued if canceled within 30 days of the reservation.
Park Conduct and Site Maintenance
- Quiet Hours: Please show consideration and
courtesy to your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Speed Limit: The speed limit within the
park is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.
- Prohibited Conduct: Disorderly conduct and
profanity are not permitted.
- Campsite Appearance: All sites must maintain a
camping appearance. Each family is responsible for keeping their campsite
clean and tidy at all times. All trash must be placed in plastic bags and
deposited in dumpsters nightly.
- Prohibited Items on Site: Home furniture (e.g., freezers,
refrigerators, laundry lines) is not permitted on RV sites. Do not dispose
of beds or any furniture in the park dumpsters.
- Fire Pits: Only propane fire pits are
permitted at campsites. Wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited.
Safety and Environmental Policies
- Trees and Natural Hazards: Trees and the shade they
provide are an integral part of an enjoyable campground experience.
However, trees pose natural hazards (e.g., falling branches, debris),
especially during windy and/or extreme weather conditions. We do not
assume responsibility for these natural hazards or any resulting property
damage, injury, or other circumstances.
- Sewer Connections: Sewer connections must be off
the ground and comply with all state sanitary regulation laws.
- Pet Policy:
- All pets must be on a 6-foot
leash at all times.
- Owners must clean up pet waste
immediately. A $50 fine may be charged for non-compliance.
- Pets are not allowed in any
park buildings.
- Your site is not a designated
pet waste area. Please use the 3 designated pet areas for your pet's
needs.
- Children: Children under the age of 12
years must not be left unattended on the campground. Children are not
permitted on the river bank without adult supervision.
- Damage Responsibility: Recreational vehicle owners
and/or their guests are responsible for any damage to park property,
including but not limited to water, sewer, electric hookups, buildings,
trees, grass, equipment, and restrooms. Please be careful!
- Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are only
permitted at your campsite. Individuals under the age of 21 years are not
permitted to consume alcoholic beverages on the campground.
- Smoking Policy:
- Smoking of tobacco products is
allowed at your camping site.
- Smoking is also permitted in
the designated area in the courtyard by the cigarette butt disposal
container.
- Smoking is not permitted in
any park building.
- Restroom Access and Wi-Fi: All campers must have working bathrooms in their RVs. Access to shared park bathrooms requires an access code.
- Prohibited Items: Firearms, air rifles, bows and
arrows, and fireworks are not permitted on the campground at any time.
- Solicitation: Soliciting, selling, offering
for sale, peddling, or vending of any products is not permitted on RV
Resort property.
Guest Policies
- Extra Guests: All extra guests must check in
with the office and receive a parking pass.
- Guest Responsibility: Campers are responsible for
the registration, behavior, and payment of their guests. Please park in
designated parking areas only.
Cancellation and Change Policies
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made for any
River Site (#43-#47 & A#2) and the Cabin are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 30
days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a fee equal to the
amount of your deposit.
- Change Policy: You only pay for the nights
you book; no refunds will be issued after you pay for your site. Your
booking site can be moved to another site within the park.
